  • Support for families with a detained loved one.

    This program includes:

    • Guidance on locating and contacting a detained family member

    • Assistance communicating with detention facilities

    • Bond packet organization (non-legal)

    • Emergency planning for children and dependents

    • Emotional and crisis support for the family

  • Protecting children affected by detention or deportation.

    We assist families with:

    • School coordination

    • School hardship letters

    • Access to mental health resources

    • Gathering school and medical records

    • Ensuring basic needs and stability

  • Long-term support for families in crisis.

    Our case management includes:

    • 30–90 day stability plans

    • Weekly check-ins

    • Household needs assessments

    • Community partner coordination

    • Support transitioning after crisis

    • Food pantry resources

    • Medical clinics

    • Rental assistance (if available)

    We help families understand their legal pathways, gather evidence, prepare documents, and navigate the immigration process—without attorney fees and without fear.

    We assist with:

    • Asylum preparation & documentation

    • Family petitions (I-130) support

    • Waivers (I-601A) evidence guidance

    • Case organization for immigration court

    • Checklist creation & statement preparation

    • Work permit eligibility guidance

    • Humanitarian cases (VAWA, U-Visa, SIJS)

    We do not replace legal representation — we guide families to trusted attorneys and partners when needed.

  • Supporting families with essential case paperwork

    Most immigrant families don’t know how to prepare strong evidence packages or navigate documentation requirements.
    O.M1 fills that gap.

    We help prepare:

    • Personal declarations & hardship statements

    • Children hardship evidence

    • Supporting documents for immigration filings

    • Court evidence packets

    • Chronologies, lists, and case summaries

    • Organization of files for attorney review

    This program focuses on helping families transition into stability after losing a parent/provider.

    • Administrative tasks the detained parent used to handle
